In response to inquiries about our product compliance with the recently enacted CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2008, our products have gone through the independent testing required with Bureau Veritas. Our products were tested at the first phase of the law and were already compliant with not only the first phase of the act, but also with the last phase taking effect in August, 2009. Certificates of Compliance are on file and can be supplied to you upon request.
